Warranty:
The warranty period varies between the products offered, as stated in the product description.

Device warranty for 3 years from the date of sale
Accessories (cables, memory, and accessories) warranty for a full year
FineVu Products:
Device warranty for 3 years from the date of sale
Accessories (cables, memory, and accessories) warranty for a full year
VanTrue Products:
Device warranty for 18 months from the date of sale
Accessories warranty (cables, memory, and accessories) for 6 months
The warranty is void if the product is installed incorrectly by the customer (connecting the camera to the car fuse box incorrectly), or if the reflective sunshade is used or misused .
If an installation service is requested and the installation fees are not paid to the specialized engineer, the warranty will be automatically voided, even if the installation process is completed.
Refund:
- Get your money back within 7 days of receiving the product without explaining the reasons, provided that the product remains in the same original condition as when received.
- If the label is removed from the product's carton cover, 30% of the product's value will be deducted, provided it is not used.
- It cannot be returned after removing the seal attached to it and after use or installation.
The buyer bears the shipping cost to the delivery companies.
- Memory cards and power adapters are non-refundable.

substitution:
- Replace products damaged due to manufacturing or during delivery within 7 days of receipt. The store must be notified of the damage upon receipt, along with proof such as a photo of the product. The buyer will ship it back using any economical shipping company such as Saudi Post. The replacement will be sent immediately upon receipt of the damaged product.
Opened products will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the warranty conditions such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural state - failure to follow operating instructions - the product being exposed to water - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device’s specifications)
